التنمية المهنية الذاتية لمعلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية (دراسة استعراضية)

ملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الاستعراضية إلى التعرَّف على: نظريات التنمية المهنية الذاتية لمعلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، وعلى أساليب التنمية المهنية الذاتية لمعلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، ومجالات التنمية المهنية الذاتية لمعلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، وتَّم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الوثائقي للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة من خلال المصادر المعاصرة، وتناول البحث مفهوم التنمية الذاتية المهنية، وأهميتها وأهدافها، إضافة إلى: نظريات ومجالات وأساليب التنمية الذاتية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تزويد معلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية بمهارات التعلُّم الذاتي، والتي تمكنهم من الالتحاق ببرامج التنمية المهنية الذاتية، والعمل على تصميم برامج متنوعة للتنمية المهنية الذاتية لمعلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية للاطلاع على كل ما هو جديد في مجال تعليم ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية.

Abstract
This review study aimed to identify theories of self-professional development for teachers with intellectual disabilities, methods of self-professional development for teachers with intellectual disabilities, and areas of self-professional development for teachers with intellectual disabilities. The descriptive documentary approach was used from contemporary sources. The concept, importance and goals of the self-professional development were discussed, besides the theories, methods and fields of the self-professional development. The paper recommendations are: there is a need to provide teachers with intellectual disabilities with self-learning skills, which enable them to enroll in self-professional development programs. Also, working on designing various self-professional development programs for teachers with intellectual disabilities to learn about everything new in the field of education for people with intellectual disabilities.
